Have recently been in touch with Planet X as a long awaited bike order placed with another bike company has fallen through. Planet X have been excellent in trying to help me out of my predicament, honest and transparent communication. I have also had to return some framebags (i ordered the wrong size) recently and my funds were returned without hesitation. I am a long standing customer with Planet X .

Planet X EC-130E review – Cycling Weekly, Planet X Stealth Pro SRAM Force – BikeRadar, Used my aero bike yesterday for it’s intended use. I’d like to say that the aero helped into the head wind, and I managed to stay up in the cross winds. R and D costs money.
8/6/2020 · I had a hard time sourcing a replacement front derailleur hanger when the original one bent out of shape. It’s an old frame, but I was nevertheless disappointed Planet X didn’t keep spare parts.
4/26/2016 · hello everyone. i have been riding the new ec-130 for the last 2 weeks. this is my opinion for this bike . i use the small size so everything i write concerns the small frame. the bike itself is really well made, and of high quality. the frame is excellent , really stiff when pedaling and very very comfortable at the same time. it is also a very fast bike . there are three issues though. though it is a small frame it.
10/6/2017 · Sat, Oct 07, 2017 23:03. 54. So far I’ve bought lights for 4 bikes , full finger gloves and carbon handlebars all branded Planet X . All have been utter crap, a complete waste of money. The lights lasted less than 2 months, the gloves arrived in pieces and bars snapped clean through after 8 months (pretty flipping dangerous).
